Archway Housing is an established local company based in Stoke-on-Trent, Hanley, Staffordshire, England. Our core business is “rent a room”. We manage in excess of hundred rooms in Stoke-on-Trent.
As our business grew larger, we needed to adapt to the necessity to keep our own properties permanently to a high standard, update them, repair and refurbish them regularly. We are managing HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupancy). HMO’s are shared houses and these require more than average maintenance and attention. From the very beginning onward already, we had to deal with a large amount of tear and wear as well as to meet stringent regulations for HMO standards. So we started to work only with reliable and efficient professionals of property maintenance and building trades to meet our own requirements and deadlines.
